This Seattle Guest house, http://www.lq.com, couple years ago has weekend promo, so it is $59/night. lq.com is a chain hotel. People has good words about it. It is close to the Science World, just 6 blocks. Also the nice thing about it is they offer free breakfast.
The Seattle downtown location is 8th ave and denny way.
