Best Getsatisfaction Alternatives
GetSatisfaction is a hosted customer feedback system for businesses. It is more like a FAQ system but has more features.
One thing it mentioned is that it boosts search engine results for businesses. There are also other similar systems like uservoice. But the basic idea is really just a FAQ systems with user feedback.
Below is a list of alternatives to Get Satisfaction software.
1. UserVoice
Uservoice is a customer feedback system, different from a support forum, it adds structure to feedback and reduces the overhead of an honest dialog with customers.
2. UserEcho
UserEcho boasts a new way to listen and engage your customers. They provide widgets so you could add to your website to collect customer responses.
3. CrowdSound
CrowdSound is the easiest way for you to gather suggestions from your customers and respond to them. Again they offer services by giving you widgets so you could install on your site.
4. FeatureSet
FeatureSet connects customers to the product development process. It allows you to manage customer feedback, requirements, and projects in a single application.
5. UseResponse.com
It is commercial but full source code is available. One-time payment (doesn't include upgrades past free 1-year offer). Easy customization. Built on modern SingularCore framework.

Please consider adding http://www.useresponse.com as alternative for GetSatisfaction. Commercial yet with full source code available, one-time payment (doesn't include upgrades past free 1-year offer), easily customizable, built on modern Singular Core framework.

@USWebStyle,
Interesting, I visited your userresponse.com but not sure if there is a trial period? Also, I would suggest that you add an About Us page to be more creditable.
