蛋塔(egg tart)的制作方法
有很多海外的中国人朋友都喜欢蛋塔. 以下就是配方和制作方法:
-120g 牛奶, 140g 热开水, 50g 糖,混合放入微波炉中热1分钟后拌匀。
-1个全蛋, 3个蛋黄拌匀。
-把2) 加入1) 中拌匀后捞调泡沫。
-用勺子将调好的汁倒入蛋塔,九分满
-放入烤箱 450F的温度烤15分钟
以上用量是16个蛋塔的用量.
