夹心年糕的做法(rice cake)


夹心年糕

糯米粉: 2 1/2 杯
粘米粉: 1 1/2 杯
糖: 1杯
鸡蛋: 3个
椰奶: 1罐 (13.5oz)
牛奶: 5oz
玉米油: 3/4杯

小盘 9x13

盘子底下抹油，均匀抹上菜油，再撒上一层薄薄的干面粉。

预热 350°C

有夹层先要烤一半粉, 10分钟左右，取出，撒上果仁，葡萄干。再烤45分钟，发黄后用牙签试。在倒入剩下的一半，撒上芝麻耶丝。
