As far as the best job websites, indeed.com, careerbuilder.com are better than monster.com. Monster.com used to be very good but not anymore these days. The jobs posted there are not of high quality, as far as I heard.

Thanks for the list. I also heard Glassdoor has probably the best salary research data as they mass aggregate data from real user posts.
