How to answer an interviewer when he asks why you want to leave your current position (without saying you really hate your current job)?
Tell the interviewer that although you like your current job, you think that it does not give you enough opportunity to bring out the best in you.
It may be a good-paying job but it simply is not challenging for you. you need variety and you are looking for a position which will best maximize the use of your ability and skills.
You could say that you are looking for a more harmonious work environment that will allow you to improve your skills.
Also do your research on the new company and say that you are looking forward to working for their company that you read were doing fantastic things.
Basically when they ask you that question, say something positive about their company and the reason you want to work for them.
Don't say anything bad about your previous company. Just say, I see this company as a move up from my previous company because of the positive image they portray in the community and business world.
