Is it possible for me to set such a structure without being in the country?
I want to set a Kickstarter, but need a company in USA through amazon payment account for that.

I am not quit sure what your current status is in the U.S. Are you staying in the U.S. as a visitor and have come in under the visa waiver program? Your status in the U.S. in most cases does not affect your ability to register an LLC. Your work authorization becomes an issue if you want to actually operate & manage your LLC in the U.S. If you are thinking about operating a substantial business in the U.S. (as opposed to having a shell), E-2 could be one of your possible options.
