Low Carb Keto Parmesan Meatballs
Cook Time: 20 minutes
1.5 pounds ground beef
1/2 a fresh onion, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
3/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried Oregano
1/2 cup warm water
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat and the rest of the listed ingredients. (I like to use a potato masher.)
Step 2: Roll two inch sized meatballs and place them on a baking pan. (Should yield about 15 meatballs.)
Step 3: Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Take meatballs out of the oven and add your favorite Sauce then serve!
